When should I arrive?
We recommend flying into Denver on Thursday. Friday traffic can be hectic on Summer weekends. If you will be flying in Friday, we suggest you leave Denver at or before noon to miss the traffic.
Are kids invited to the wedding?
Due to limited seating at Beano's cabin, we are having an adults-only celebration on June 28th. This includes the wedding ceremony and reception. We would love to celebrate with your kids on June 27th at the welcome party, so please feel free to bring them along!

How should I prepare for the altitude?
Beaver Creek Village is at 8,000ft and the wedding location will be at over 10,000ft.
Staying well hydrated with lots of water and electrolytes will help make this adjustment easier.
If you have not been to altitude before or worried about altitude sickness, we advise you consult your doctor prior to arriving in Denver.
If coming from sea level, spending the first night in Denver (5,280ft) to adjust to the altitude prior to driving up to Avon can also make a big difference.

Do I need to rent a car?
Denver International Airport (DIA) is 2 hours and 15 mins (without traffic) from Beaver Creek Resort. Eagle County Regional Airport is about 40 mins from Beaver Creek Resort. You can rent a car to get to and from the airports or you can schedule a shuttle like the one linked below. Check with your hotel for overnight parking fees.
Do I need a car for transportation to wedding events?
If you are staying at a hotel within the village you don't need a car to attend any of the wedding events. You can walk or call the Village Connect for transportation to the Park Hyatt for the Welcome Party and to the Centennial lift for the ceremony. A shuttle has already been arranged to meet you at the base of the Centennial life to take you to Beano's Cabin for Happy Hour and the Reception.
How do I get around Beaver Creek if I don't rent a car?
Known as Village Connect, Beaver Creek Resort offers complimentary on-demand, shared shuttle services within Beaver Creek Village from 7:00am– 12:00am daily. Transportation is based on availability on a first come, first serve basis. Services and hours are subject to change. Download the Village Connect App to request individual guest transfers once in resort.
